CNA/Nursing Aide

Essential duties and responsibilities: Take vital signs as indicated; Change beds, give showers or baths and assist with dressing; Assist with escorts to the dining room, beauty shop, physical therapy, activities, etc; Make daily rounds to residents; Keeps supervisor informed of resident's status; Responds to all "Call for Aide" made.

Qualifications: Must be able to effectively communicate verbally in English. Must be able to read, comprehend, and write English; CNA with good assessment skills desired; Must be able to transfer residents weighing 50 pounds or more using a transfer belt, mechanical lift or with the assistance of others.
